I'm certain it IS "Black History Month". Although I'm white I've attended a black church since October 1995. The ONLY part of the meme that *I* added is the Kevin Hart comment. All the others are images I found on the Web.

Regarding "Cancer" and "History", different groups declare "months". I'm sure whoever declares "cancer" months has a "February is XYZ Cancer Awareness Month"--but that would ruin the meme.
