I'm with OlympianProduct... All it will lead to is spammers and bullies running free with no way to address them. Of course if you really wanna put it through, moderators should at least always see the names so they can still decide to ban or not... I insist on that one... But I think it's better to scrap the idea altogether... Don't hate me!

here's a suggestion, maybe: if a meme was created anonymously, maybe the creator of it can comment on it anonymously, but they can't comment anonymously anywhere else nor can anyone comment on that particular meme anonymously

Not so sure about that either. Personally I am not a fan of posting memes anonymously. The feature is often used to post political memes of a very controversial kind. Of course, everybody is entitled to their opinions, but if you want to have the nerve to post a meme like that, you must also have the nerve to take credit for it, and bear people's anger if the meme was controversial. The fact people flag it as anonymous already shows that they may be a bit afraid for the community's response, I think, and they may know they are really throwing some sparks in a crate of TNT....
