That's sexist as the the boys fall under the same rule. I know the rule, and what it means is that long hair must be tied up, as in some rooms (like laboratories and rooms with machines) long hair that is not tied up can be dangerous, but due to a few grammar mishaps or wrong sentence forming or whatever you wanna call it (before some moron comes to "correct" me saying "this is not grammar"), some other meaning comes through....
