Gender is a component of language and there are only 3 genders, masculine, feminine and neuter.

He, She, It Masculine, Feminine, Neuter- every language on earth makes these distinctions. Of course I learned this when teachers actually knew what they were teaching.

So? Languages add words and definitions all the time. Some people use pronouns in reference to roles rather than biology, some don't. I agree trans people should also understand that and not get enraged when someone uses a pronoun differently than they do. But most doctors and psychologists use man and woman differently than they do male and female, and neither would deny the biological facts. Genitals and chromosomes are not always black and white absolutes, and neither are the behaviors of men and women.

I find it hard to determine what someones preferred method of orgasm is (mainly because I could care less) so I'll never get their preferred pronoun correct. People getting surgically mutilated because they can't deal with reality is the height of mental illness and utter stupidity. Suing me because you were born with un-preferred plumbing and I call you the wrong pro-noun based on your readily apparent secondary sexual characteristics is bullshit. They need to just STFU and go live and let live, stop sucking everyone else into your mental illness.

Well I agree you shouldn't get sued, but I think there are much stupider things than sexual reassignment surgery and much worse forms of mental illness than gender dysphoria. I'm neutral on such surgeries since they don't affect me in any way, and think people who get upset by others having them should also try living and letting live.
