Shouldn't the Elite Four be the Elite four and the gym leaders been gym leaders?
It's getting really confusing.

the Elite four members are the gym leaders.

But then what about the people who want to be Gym leaders?
Won't that shorten their chances of becoming gym leaders?

well. if a gym challenger becomes a gym leader then that makes things complicated. so I have four people to do the gyms.
