Good point. This meme is an attempt to evoke opinion from all sides. It is why ALL witnesses should be heard in a Senate trial instead of the "pick and choose" for the closed door House investigation Or "Guilty first" narrative being endlessly endorsed in most media outlets.

Truly is a "See what sticks" mentality for the past 3 years in my opinion.

The whistleblower situation is unique. Before the identity of the whistleblower was revealed, as it would've eventually been confirmed, Trump released what he called a transcript. Which was essentially documentation of what the whistleblower had already provided. Thus, because of President Trump's willingness to submit what he called a transcript into evidence, there was no need for the whistleblower to testify as it would've been redundant.

You could be correct as I'm not certain of the timeline. Still, my original intent and hope stands. America, as a nation, is so polarized in either direction that any take on, as my name implies, can be taken to either side. There is no middle ground. I intend this solely for that reason. To spark debate and hopefully find some common ground

You'll find few people who want to debate around here. That said, admirable goal, and far from me to keep you from it. You're going to get trolled a lot around here but keep your chin up if you really cherish debates.

Truly hate the polarization. No matter who wins in 2020, it'll get worse. Gotta start somewhere. LOL

It seems to me, that Trump has only exacerbated that divide. I truly think any other Republican candidate from 2016 would've been better than Trump. Maybe not Rick Perry. I would've been a grumbling mess if Jeb had won. But no where near as grumbly if Hillary had won.

I honestly held out hope that Trump would be a Reagan-like President. He lost me within the first 6 months of his first year. I had huge misgivings about how he ran his business and treated his contractors. Legal or not, that's not a guy I'd want as President. And it turns out those stories about how he runs his business are true.

He's not even a good businessman. I think a large portion of good that has come from him, has been from his rotating administration. They would've fared better if they had a leader actually wrangling them and not a temperamental c-grade celebrity pretending to be a billionaire as President.

Yeah, just one problem with that. Voting doesn't equal support. Show me where I supported a snob.

Oh, and if you're an elitist for supporting snobs, and you said yourself you're a snob, then you support snobs.

Projecting again. Just because I am against Trump doesn't mean I'm not anti-establishment or anti-corruption. Trump is more of the same. Obvious more of the same.

He is not an underdog. While Americans do appreciate an underdog, there are several underdogs in office right now who get far more unnecessary vitriol than Donald J Trump.

The transcript has been Trump's undoing, not Pelosi's. Anyone who listened to the impeachment hearings should be curious to know why aid was suspended and if it was conditional for personal political gain.

It is if the evidence presented paints the story of a President who abused his power by bribing a foreign leader into digging up dirt on a political opponent.

All he has to do is have someone testify that the secondhand testimony was either false or in error. All they have to do is deny anything in court. They won't do that so it's easy to paint them as worried about being set up for perjury.

And I'm not talking about President Trump who will certainly perjure himself. I'm not saying he should take the stand. He absolutely should not. I'm talking about Giulianni, Bolton, or Mulvaney. Any one of those taking the trial to clear up any misgivings in the timeline presented by the House's leading witnesses would easily exonerate the President. But they won't do it and everyone knows why. That's why you go on about the failures of the Justice System, not because it is a failure or because it's unfair; but because it's a convenient defense.

KF raved about who? Your intellectual capacity? or mine? If so, he has my thanks. If he raved about yours, I'm sure you were displaying a much more mature form of argument or KF was just humoring you.
