It's because there isn't any. I also went and looked at articles surrounding the Tower. It isn't even finished so it must have been some deal, a deal which I might add cant have solidified even if it was just a negotiation for financing. Construction began in 2008. So somebody is lying and misrepresenting this story. Whistlelock has been mislead with fake news.
