This is a confusing meme. Is it good or bad that the stock market is rising? Is POTUS responsible, or the Fed?

Good point. The Fed's been doing a solid job, for now, but the debt levels are worrying and Trump is not the kind of Republican that really gives a shit about the debt.

Nor is the Republican Party as a whole whenever they get into power, honestly.
