You put up another disingenuous meme, why?

Which states that "Most radiation is absorbed by the earth surface" and that is a lie.

Under 25 % @ 22% is the absorption percentage of solar radiation going directly to Earths surface according to my Columbia University Article.

How do you write most? or did you borrow the pictorial information? It is misleading to say the least, whoever produced it.

For your consideration please view the following rough table.

The budget of solar radiation is as follows:

Scattered to the Earth from blue sky 10.5
Scattered to the Earth from clouds 14.5
Radiation going directly to Earth's surface 22.5

So 52.5% of solar radiation never reaches earth in any form. Therefore most radiation is never reaching earth. Your pictorial information reeks of alarmism.

Your keying in on the word "most" is rather pedantic and has nothing to do with any point I'm making.

This meme is about the greenhouse effect, period. I rather deliberately this time avoided mentioning the contentious subject of global warming, climate change, or what-have-you.

The picture (which I borrowed) is a basic illustration of a natural phenomenon. It is almost certainly intended for elementary school students rather than Columbia University Ph.D's. It does not reek of alarmism, except perhaps to someone predisposed to view a basic illustration like this as an attempt at brainwashing.

Though you take issue with the word "most," the basic description of this phenomenon is accurate.

This source says the percentage absorbed by the earth’s surface is 51%.
