I definitely with S tier. I Read some battle (i think Valiku did it) and the way you described her power. she seems either as strong or stronger than Lightstar

well, dark fall is lightstars sibling... so I'm gonna assume he is also AB tier.

Now speaking of lightstar. I'm gonna keep her S tier. pretty much every S tier character will stay there unless an issue happens that lowers there power level significantly

I can only think of it as a weapon. a crown. horns or my friend says it is a decorated femal body part. but i'm positive it's not the last one.
