The site already has this option. First, go to your profile, then select "see all" just above your memes (red circle), then select the drop down arrow (black circle) and choose which year or month you want to see your top upvoted memes in.

It has by year as well. I also wanted them to have it by all time, but they didn't do it that way. I thought this was better than nothing.
