A pet peeves is some things that you can't stand. For example, my dad's is people saying "we have Panini (sandwich) here" instead of "we have panino (sandwiches) here.

What is an emo?

Emo is usually known as a style of music whereas the lyrics deal with emotion, which emo is short for emotional. Emos tend to wear black and have hair that is cut in a way so that it covers the eyes a bit. There is also gothic, which they can sometimes be confused with emo, but I am more on the emo side.
