I did another version in the frontpage stream, because after I posted THIS one I realized the things next to the stars "might be misinterpreted ..." That one omits those.
The things NEXT TO the stars are DREIDELS -- four-sided "tops".

Wikipedia is NOT correct that the four letters ORIGINALLY were Yiddish for a GAMBLING game. That was a FAKE EXCUSE some Yiddish-speaking Jews sometimes gave to avoid Christian religious persecution. "Us secretly practicing Judaism?? (called "crypto-Jews", i.e., "hidden") NO!--This is a GAMBLING GAME!"
