Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Justice.

Cool story - now you should be able to point us to those "crimes" as codified in the USC

Whoever told you that it has to be in the USC was lying to you. It is illegal as per the Constitution and therefore grounds for impeachment.

The USC is not and was never meant to be an exhaustive list of every crime a court is allowed to recognize. If a law is in place that is not codified in the USC, you are to refer to the United States Statutes at Large or, in this case, the Constitution itself.

Only "general and permanent" laws are codified in the United States Code; the Code does not usually include provisions that apply only to a limited number of people. That is a fact.

Your entire "but it's not in the criminal code!" is an invalid defense and you have been manipulated into joining the mass of people to repeat it without understanding it.

That's how things are classified as crimes. You don't get to make up what is and is not a crime. There are rare occasions where someone does something heinous, and a crime is codified for it - but it's rare....most types of crimes have been committed before and are already codified.

Identity Theft: 18 U.S. Code § 1028A
Treason: 18 U.S. Code § 2381

What is this "limited number of people" you're talking about?

There are laws specific to industries, specific to professions, specific to regions, specific to genders, specific to law enforcement, specific to politicians, specific to lobbyists, specific to congressmen, specific to senators, specific to the president.....

It was Obstruction of Congress moron, another BS creation based wholly on "obstruction" of their nonsense claims, like the 2nd half of Mueller report which came to nothing.

But it was a great victory for PC culture, always striving to make everything and everyone as non-specific and ineffectual as possible.

The Dems blank checks and overdrawn balances are of no concern to the President. The only obstruction was how the House Dims conducted the hearings (obstructing House Republicans), and now Pelosi obstructing the work of the Senate.
