Not a movie, but I saw a play in London called Death of an Anarchist that was banned in the US due to it being "Propaganda". I really liked the play.

'Magnitsky Act: Behind the Scenes' has shown up on YouTube at times. If you see it, DL it IMMEDIATELY! It will vanish faster than any content I've ever seen on YT. I DL'd a torrent of the film. Not many seeds or peers at all...

I do not know what video/movie this is. I've seen similar messages appear because of copyright issues as well and that the copyright holder does not want their stuff to be shown in certain countries. So it's not always the local authorities.

To tell you a little fun fact. The book Mein Kampf has always been said to be forbidden in the Netherlands. Truth is that the Dutch law doesn't allow banning books so easily, so the authorities translated the book from German to Dutch themselves and set in the copyrights that the book was not to be sold (which copyright rules allow). About 70 years later the book is "allowed" now. Truth is, in the Netherlands copyrights expire 70 years after the copyright holder's death (and Hitler has been dead more than 70 years now), and in the case of an "immortal person" (as a nation is) it's 70 years after the first publication (which is also expired by now), so they had no choice but to "allow" it. (A new translation has been made now, with many extra pages about how the true situation was and how Hitler wrangled that into his own reality, and the book is pretty popular among historians now, so no "damage" done). Fact is however if you can get ahold of the original manuscript and translate it yourself, nobody can stop you. It's public domain now, due to Hitler being dead for 70 years. You may not like the guy, but the same rules do apply for him.

I do not know why either authorities or copyright holders decide to ban certain works in certain countries. I once saw this screen on YouTube for the video of "Crucified" by the Army of Lovers. I don't understand why. That song has been a big hit in my country. So why would such a ban be set up on my country (the Netherlands)? Sacrilege can't be it. The NL is not that religious anymore. But what then? Do you know?
