There is nothing phony about the REAL impeachment.

Yes, they went through the process quickly and impeached him. That is all they could/can do. What more do you think they could do?

You really are owned aren't you?
(btw, going through the process quickly is also known as RAILROADING)
Have you been off the Earth for a few days? Pelosi's refusing to send it to the Senate, purposely leaving it in limbo, PLUS she's demanding Senate adopt her conditions, or she won't send it...
** Thus she's engaging in Obstruction of Congress, Extortion/Bribery, and violating Separation of Powers doctrine.
I say EXPEL Pelosi for these infractions.

Of the three Presidents impeached, Trump had the longest impeachment hearings. 76 days vs Clinton's 72. Andrew Johnson was impeached in two days. So, that covers your, "railroading" remark.

Pelosi is not, "demanding" the Senate do anything, short of just doing their jobs and being impartial. Mitch has repeatedly stated he would be working directly with the WH council, subordinating his branch of gov to the President. That would be violating the separation of powers doctrine.

I don't care what party you're from, that should bother you.

You are obviously the one, "owned". You're spouting the same rhetoric as the Prez when he's spouting the same ridiculous lies.

(n your first post: “Yes, they went through the process quickly”. And now you’re saying it was the longest)
But I guess it was the 'deepest impeachment' too; very deep, and secretive, in a bunker for much of those supposedly 76 days.... What was Schiff trying to hide, and what was he so worried that would be seen/heard?
All this is stupid and a waste of time, because the 'charges' are contrived.

ALL REAL courts coordinate between the judge/magistrate, prosecution, and defense -- this is known as scheduling dates, events, and entities involved. The Senate is doing that because it runs the trial; Pelosi has no say -- AND, should not make or delay her submission contingent upon conditions.
The Schiff Kangaroo-court ridiculousness cut out allowing REAL participation -- such basic due-process things as being able to call witnesses, and being able to have an attorney present.
* If THAT doesn't bother you, then, yes, you ARE owned.

Same way it has always been in every impeachment.

Yeah well, weepy, angry liberals were vowing to impeach him as soon as he was elected. And that should bother even you...if you are an American, of course.

Correct. Furthermore, we've seen/heard a myriad of comments from Corruptocrats, indicating they will continue to 'impeach' Trump in the future (even though they may not even know why, or that the 'event' may not even have occurred yet). THAT is pretty much admitting they will engage in persecution.

If the man could make it one day without an impeachable offense, that might make it less likely.

The man was impeached in the completely legal framework given in our Constitution.

If you don't like that, you have a couple choices, change the Constitution or move to a nation that is not governed by laws that allow the removal of a dictator/corrupt individual.

If you don't like it, you don't support the Constitution and the protection of our country.

False. There is nothing in 'keeping with the Constitution' about it, never mind not even having a paucity of respect for standard due-process, it's TOTALLY partisan..... Not only that, the 'charges' themselves are made-up. Sheesh.
But you can keep deluding yourself if it makes you happy.

Due process has NEVER BEEN PART OF HOUSE IMPEACHMENT!!!!!

List them please.

List the things the house dems did that clearly made this impeachment invalid or stfu!

The burden is on YOU, Bozo-breath, to prove it's valid.
Sounds like you need to go massage Schiff's udder for some more hate-milk....
It's not an 'impeachment' if Pelosi doesn't send it over, and instead obstructs the process, contingent upon HER 'conditions'.... By their own 'standards', she's engaging in bribery, quid pro quo, obstruction of Congress, and violation of separation of powers, all at the same time!... She's clearly delaying for some conniving political reason (and probably that she knows the case is weak or non-existent).

How about: Not allowing counsel for 'accused'; not allowing witnesses to be called for the 'accused'; not allowing witnesses to answer questions asked by R Representatives; entering false testimony/evidence (Schiff's phony reciting of Trump phone call); pure hearsay from all except one 'witness'; failure to hold vote to engage in impeachment process (until near the very end); holding secret hearings and restricting evidence; Schiff LYING about prior contact with so-called 'whistleblower'; false use of whistleblower statute; failure to produce the so-called 'whistleblower'; etc, etc.... It's a sham, scam, and flim-flam...

It's contrived, but the real questions I have are:
If they were going to contrive something, why did they not go full-on? Was this contrived purposely so as to fail (perhaps just to be able to 'say' an impeachment was done)? Why go this far and then sit on it (especially after talking about urgency)?

No, the burden is NOT on me!

I'm not the one making the accusations the investigation and impeachment is invalid or a hoax.

1. Impeachment has NEVER had council for the accused. You're believing to your snowflake leader in chief crying and lying.

2. Republicans were most certainly able to call witnesses, funny the admin kept all those close to Trump from testifying! Proof yet again, of guilt.

3. Entering false testimony? Are you f**king stupid?
From factcheck:

Schiff didn’t portray his summary of the call as true. He said at the beginning of his remarks, “Shorn of its rambling character and in not so many words, this is the essence of what the president communicates.” And at the end, he added, “This is in sum and character what the president was trying to communicate with the president of Ukraine.”

4. Hearsay you say? Well that again, would be another great reason for Trump's own people to have testified!

5. Contrived? If Trump was on the up and up, why did he feel the need to hold the phone record in a secret/secure server location? If Trump was on the up and up, why did he feel the need to communicate to those close to the issue to, "keep this quiet" and secretive? Why not brag about it the way he always does?

There is only one reason he did not.

6. Why go this far and sit on it?
What more can they do? They have done all they can do. All the true work has been completed, short of making sure the Senate is participating in an honest, real investigation, THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO DO.

5.) The transcript of the call has been made available since the beginning, and shows nothing (the release of it stymied Schiff's strategy, and negated the 'whistleblower'). But if Trump was engaging in some secretive blackmail, WHY on Earth would he do it on a phone call, WHEN KNOWINGLY DOZENS OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE LISTENING IN?

3.) 185 in the House were voting to censure Schiff for his Corruptocratic behavior, but Steny Hoyer (another Corruptocrat) motioned to 'table it' without a vote.
YES, Schiff pulled a sort of bait-and-switch -- INTENDED TO BE, AND WAS USED AS 'MEDIA' TRIPE..... BUT, more importantly, even his 'parody' was way-off (purposely, of course), and IRRELEVANT -- since the transcript of the actual call had ALREADY been released.

But my worry, Bozo-breath, is how come you're not out in the streets dancing with the cast of MSNBCNN?... You should be celebrating, no?... You don't seem happy at all, or are you just putting on that 'somber' facade?... Or are you spending your days studying the 'Mueller report'?...
Poetic justice would be, if, one day, YOU yourself (or the next D Prez) were subjected to the same railroading and lack of due process.... THEN, you'd change your tune, with endless whining...

Trump isn't going anywhere, but the Corruptocrats and their MSNBCNN Axis have been working overtime with their 2020 Election interference -- and WASTING MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF TAXPAYER MONEY -- to slyly delude cultivated suckers that it's a 'done deal' and that he has already 'been removed'... You can see the idiots all over the internet, acting exactly as they've been hate-milked to do so.

You're claiming high costs?

The Meuller report was fully funded, (and then some) just off the ill gotten gains of Manafort alone.

The Meuller investigation had a net gain for the government.

There were no Obama investigations for obvious reasons.

No Obama investigations.
No Obama Special Counsel investigations.
No Obama administration indictments.
