I wish we had a citizen veto of taxes. Like when you file your taxes you check 5 or more boxes that list which taxes you agree to pay. I bet a lot of government programs would go unfunded.

Ah yes, sorry I was thinking you were referring to road / highway spending. Which stands at $441 B in 2018 and is included with the water infrastructure budget.
