Personally I don't think it will do anything.. which is fine. The number of votes in the Senate shouldn't have any bearing on this and apparently, it doesn't. If somehow the majority of the O.J. Simpson jury had publicly stated they would side with OJ beforehand, should the prosecution have dismissed all charges against him?
