Well, I was speaking mostly in terms of vocabulary, but if you wish to bring simple math in it then I'll happily elaborate. I did not refute the existence of elephants... minorities or majorities, if you will. Just that there are no pink or silent ones.
But, I'd be happy to identify that Trump Supporters often misidentify themselves as the Silent Majority. They aren't.
More than two-hundred and fifty million Americans were eligible to vote in 2016. Of those, only sixty-three million voted for Donald Trump and seventy-four million did not. I doubt very much that either of us would be so bold as to call those who voted against Trump to be "silent"
Are you perhaps suggesting that the one-hundred and thirteen million who did not vote are the "real" Silent Majority?
