One side is mild and the other very spicy

Looks like your enjoying your trip to China :) I'm a tadeen jealous ;) I'm contemplating a trip there myself.

The traffic is amazing. Constant cutting in and out of lanes and lots of horns, but I have yet to see a fender bender. They are just so use to it. In America this kind of driving would result in shootings from people that don't even own guns.

The people are very open and friendly. I have been having a great time with the one's I can understand and have had a couple of funny moments with some that I don't. Their sense of humor is fun. Just watch out that you don't let them serve you too much alcohol. Every dinner we have had with management has been a battle for me to stop them from refilling my glass.
