There's no obstruction of justice charge. It's Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress. Both are a joke. But I guess you'll all find out when this goes to the Senate and an actual standard is applied outside the influence of media. With no factual witnesses, all that will be left to do is throw it out or call on those people the Dems blocked in the congressional hearings.
