Talk all you like in safety and daylight, you all go home & lock your doors, no matter how "Progressive" you are.

What is this in relation to? I don't think any of us are pro-crime, except the truly radical ANTIFA types. I know you guys think they run the party, but they're few and I don't support them.

"Crime Reform" in California is about keeping people out of prison, and is a plank in the Progressive platform of our ruling party, along with Sanctuary from Federal immigration laws, raising the dollar values on the scales of crimes against property, not prosecuting GTA unless it can be PROVEN that the car was LOCKED prior to the theft, leaving, and eliminating bail bonds. All these steps, and many, many more besides, foster crime, of course.

Oh, and I almost forgot that in a round of reforms signed by our previous governor, some rapes were reclassified as non-violent crimes, if you can just imagine, so that punishment - and probation - guidelines could change prison time in to county jail time and "Community Release" which is like probation but without Probation Officers or reporting requirements.
