Doesn't matter. Democrats will indict no matter what. He's just saving time. Of course when it goes to the Republican senate, then the whistle blower will be forced to testify and all the evidence on all the corrupt democrats will come out...

The house was a joke it was never intended to be fair. The senate will be an actual trial with lawyers and only allow valid testimony. It will be a debacle for the Democrats and they know it will be.
