Obamacare was a disaster. I had insurance before democrats screwed everything up, and cancelled it when my premiums skyrocketed.

It was cheaper to pay the IRS penalty. Eliminating the individual mandate was a blessing. No penalty saves me thousands of dollars.

I don't need to watch a documentary. I saw my premiums double, then triple, then quadruple. Obamacare will eventually be crushed under it's own weight. These price increases are death throes....and they only affect those dumb enough to pay into a flawed system.

The only people I know that have health insurance are on public assistance, have an employer provided benefits package, or work for government.

One thing it did for me... I am eating healthier, and exercising more.

this plan was heavily criticized as basically being a massive gimme to the health care industry,but those criticisms were ignored.

we even had the data under romneycare,and the premium hikes that you experienced mike were obvious,consistent,and incontrovertible.

it was expected,and predicted.

conclusion:obamacare was utter shit,and a huge gimme to the for-profit health care industry.

My parents used me as a weapon against each other until they were done with me. On my 18th birthday, I was homeless. That's the day I became a conservative. I worked hard for everything I have. My family, my business, my home - all of it is my doing. I started my adult life with a bicycle and a backpack of clothes.

Yes because having access to food and shelter would have made your life harder, and you would have not accomplished more. Try doing the same thing today after the 'conservatives' have taken any aid away and you are older and not as resilient. Every year you have been working since, the conservatives have sucked your tax dollars and given to people born rich. Or the Contras, or the Taliban err "Afghani Freedom Fighters'

I would do fine now. Make me homeless tomorrow and I'll be back on my feet in a month. My skills are in demand. It comes from a lifetime of hard work and constant education in my industry. Having a good reputation for ethical business practices and track record of completed and successful projects does wonders for employability.
