I think this meme ultimately amounts to an upvote beg in an Inception-y sort of way

Also: No, we should definitely have the options of submission limits for streams. Mods should be able to decide what’s best for their streams. Although I think the limit of 2 per day for the big streams like “fun” and “politics” is a bit onerous.
