The 100th Anniversary occurred on the June 4 1919 in the United States when they won the right to vote and was ratified by Congress on August 26 1920.

So i would say the question is valid and correct given that the Centenary occurred more than 6 months ago. How you could argue otherwise I dont know, but feel free to show me something.

If August 26 1920 was the 100th anniversary, that would mean it was ratified by Congress on August 26 1820.

Yeah great work. Go get educated on this matter and then you will understand why the suffrage movement considered the June 4 1919 date as the centenary.
