IF the house impeaches Trump, then yes, the senate has an obligation to put him on trial. But that hasn't happened, so maybe you're just living in the future? You know, the Dims land of hopes and dreams that will never come true?

So until / if he's impeached, what the House is doing is just a big old nothing-berder.
