Who Would Win?

but in terms of the games...Pikachu. hands down.

How does Ash's Pikachu, (a pikachu that can not only 1-hit KO ground type Pokemon with electric attacks, but it can fight on the same level with legendaries) lose to a level 5 snivy? Either each time ash travels to a different region Pikachu's level resets, or that level 5 snivy isn't level 5

In terms of the 'anime' Snivy would win.

Thing is, pikachu lost all of it’s electric attacks.
Even with them, grass still resists electric.
And maybe with the lever reset being true, sense would lead more towards snivy winning.

And then that same pikachu beats the crap out of that same serperior in the league. -_-
