Talk to a therapist. It's the best thing you can do when you're diagnosed with depression. I did that, and look at me. Today I have second to none depression (:
But you only have $330 and a therapist costs $550 in this scenario. I think finding someone to confide in is good and if he or she is truly helpful even better than a therapist. I think loneliness contributes allot to depression so a solid friend and family support structure can go a long way especially when someone can't afford professional help. I'm glad you were able to get help though! :)
ah yes, I wasn't referring to the scenario actually. lol, in that case you should try to vent with an old friend that has always been there for you, or something like that.
