Yours is the right advice. However, sadly I think it might age if I still take the personally I'm always going to take it personally. That's ok I can unplug and then come back and take it personally again and fight and it will be one less hyena just getting away with ruthless abuse

I didn't have any plants to defend myself over over his mediaeval abuse. But then he starts up saying the reason I accepted a compliment is cos it was so self-gratifying and all that really made me think what is that these guys don't know me at all and probably never will
