although I'm pretty good with pain now and the scars are mostly invisible after all this time. Been almost 40 years now.

Wow! Was it that bad?

Not the actual car, but yes it was destroyed. The driver lost control on a wet road and we went into a culvert at around 75 miles and hour and flipped several times. Amazingly no one (five of us in the vehicle) died. I had a concussion and it wrecked my knees, right wrist, and aches and pains that flair up now and then when the weather changes.

That’s horrible! Did anyone in your car get their mental health damaged

Only one I kept up with one. He tried out for Ozzie Osborne’s band about ten years ago and played with NRBQ on their tours for awhile. But no, I haven’t talked to the others in years.
