Okay, so clear this up for me. Within the past few days I've had progressives slam me because Trump said Mexico would pay for the wall (which they will) and Trump because they think he won't get them to pay for it. Then when I asked how could they say Mexico wasn't paying for a wall they wouldn't let him build, they said he was building it.
So, which is? Is the wall being built or not?
Ground rules: no actual facts are necessary, since I know them already. I just want progressives' opinions.
