But the advertisment is showing the way a transgender person has to live, It depicts the typical way of life for a Transgendered person as an individual at least. So if it not depicting a lifestyle, what is it depicting?

It's probably something like your saying. Often when people are talking or using the word lifestyle they are more often using to ascribe the negative. Like saying, he is a drug addict what a lifestyle as opposed to saying the billionaire lifestyle. So different in the thoughts that come from thinking about each of those examples.

I would think lifestyle does includes the things you mention if they are a typical thing the individual or group etc would do.
