When Chiquita Banana sued after being exposed for violating labor laws, using dangerous pesticides, bribery and more instead of refuting the allegations they claimed they obtained information illegally winning that way forcing a non-disclosure agreement! It doesn't take a genius to realize that if they had nothing to hide they wouldn't rely on non-disclosure agreements & any government that enforces those, without protecting workers or consumers, just might be a BANANA REPUBLIC!
