You are correct when it comes to criminal law, but that is not how the impeachment process works. The Congress and Senate can decide for themselves whether the President's behavior warrants removal.

That isn't what I was talking about. The Democrat opinion is you're guilty until you can prove otherwise. In the United States that isn't how it works. You are innocent until proven guilty. Donald Trump doesn't have to prove he isn't guilty, the Democrats have to prove he is. This is why the whole whistle blower bullcrap is falling apart.
