I have, and there is no threat to withdraw/withhold aid. The favor he asks is for the return of the DNC server (image) from CrowdStrike and there are no stipulations made on the delivery. It's not there, no matter how many 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hand whistleblowers your Democrat representatives conjure up.

My representatives and senators are Republican. I even voted for one of them.

There is certainly enough evidence of a quid pro quo in the transcript alone to merit a formal impeachment inquiry.

There has already been a vote to move this to the next stage. Wishing is unnecessary. I'm already more than aware the Senate will with partisan precision pardon the President. I'll even agree that politically, this is a stupid move on the Democrats part. But glad they're upholding their responsibility of checks and balances.

Just like the House of Representatives, with partisan precision - voted to investigate the POTUS. Don't pretend this isn't political. The ONLY Republican POTUS since LBJ that the Democrats DIDN'T try to impeach is Gerald Ford. It's more predictable than Old Faithful.

Yes, if you believe political investigations are a valid maneuver, then this validates the House's vote for impeachment regardless of the fact that it's a valid inquiry on legal grounds alone due to the President's admission of the transcript.

As for the request that Democrats made for Ukraine to cooperate with the Mueller probe, that is a separate issue and I would hardly call it dirt unless the investigation turned up evidence of Trump's wrongdoing, which you claim he is innocent. Investigations are not always about turning up dirt. Sometimes, investigations lead to absolution.

I guess Trump is unique in that investigations are incapable of absolving him of criminal wrongdoings.

I think it's fine to ask Ukraine to investigate crimes, because we have a treaty to so mutual criminal investigations.

I think its funny that it's only bad when Trump exercises that treaty.
