This is their NPC reply to everything. They don't even bother to verify whether the person is actually from the Baby Boomer generation. Now it's just some sort of automated clapback, guaranteed to trigger laughter in 'flakes based on euphoric recall of earlier use of the term.
Also, I suspect this person is a teenager. Nobody else would use alternate caps - unless this is some secret message about oboes.
