first of all, even though it's your opinion. he's neutral special is good and because he has many Pikmin that do many things the like red one can survive fire and the yellow one can survive electric. and he's other specials is to help out he's Pikmin. He's side, down and up smashes have a good range. he has a good recovery and if you don't think you can make it just get rid of your Pikmin. alph alts also, besides the last time I checked the internet showed he was HIGH TIER. So in my opinion...Hes pretty good :)
