This meme is done by that guy that promised to upvote everybody's featured memes if everybody would upvote his "Roll safe" meme. He pissed a lot of people off when he failed to make good on his promise. So just watch out whether you upvote him or not.
Well, that's extremely lame. I never upvoted this obviously ripped-off content. In fact, I downvoted it immediately. Not that downvoting serves any purpose whatsoever on imgflip. If down votes aren't counted, what's the point of the downvote button?
