That means the percentage of CEOs is .242%. That is a lower percentage than the .6% of transgenders. Not even the gay and transgender combined referenced in the meme. Also keep in mind that the percentage of CEOs only includes employed people, not the entire population. Using this metric it is easy to say that is is less normal to be a CEO than it is to be transgender.
