one: there blood (much like Alizia and Senee) can't mix. simply becuase thereof two opposites. dragons coming from the Essence goddess, and Demons coming from the Darkness god. if their blood were to mix then the child is to have either many birth defects and or not live very long. (5 months at the most). and even if they could mix. since they have both blood of darkain and Ethania, then it would probably make a human.
at least in the roleplay that is the case. in some other universe maybe they could exist.

What about elves? Were they crated to control the dragons?

no, Elves are a subspecies of humans that broke off of Homo sapiens. they are by-products of humans.

Long ago at the beginning of time, there were no creatures. no animals no plants not even bacteria. this is a fact, how they got there, we don't know.
There were only the 6 gods, Ethania, and Darkain. the primal gods. one could not exist without the other. and neither were any more powerful than the others. and then there were the elemental gods. Surnamin (sun) Marroneth (moon) Elrain (earth) Skylar (sky) Olivia (ocean) these gods could make anything they please by combining their elements right. and when they found this out, they made everything they could think of, first microscopic things then later fish, land reptiles dinosaurs mammals, birds Elrain killed the dinosaurs with Marroneths help, and they made all that. but no humans, dragons or demons.
then one-day Elthania and Darkain procreated and made humans
the humans were to out of control they figured out how to use magic, they were large numbers of them, and they were intelligent, so to control them Darkain made demons, and to control the demons Ethania made Dragons. and to control the dragons darkain made the demons fight the dragons and that's is the story
