The issue with that is not that he's dressed as a girl, it's that it is not age appropriate. If a girl his age dressed like that and performed in a bar, that would be inappropriate too. The bigger issue is that in pursuit of gaining lbt etc. acceptance, many are willing to overlook normal limit on what is acceptable. A good litmus test is to simply ask yourself, if a person of the opposite sex did this, would it still be okay?
