Pence will not comply with subpoenas, that is already impeachable, and if he is a party to the Ukraine scandal...

What I do know is that IF Trump gets removed in the Senate, which is unlikely, but not impossible, Republicans will never vote to impeach Pence because that would make Pelosi president. But I do think that if Trump is impeached for using the power of the US government to get Ukraine to dig up dirt on Biden, then it is a fair question to know if Pence was in on it or not.

Using the power of the US government to black mail a foreign power to investigate a political rival is so clearly wrong, that Republicans cannot defend it. They are reduced to arguing that it doesn't amount to an impeachable offense. If that is not impeachable, then I don't know what is.
