Genesis 2:16-7 Then Yahweh God gave the man this command, 'You are free to eat of all the trees in the garden. But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you are not to eat; for, the day you eat of that, you are doomed to die.'; Why would a benevolent God demand Adam & Eve not eat from the "tree of knowledge?"; Could it be that he's more concerned with controlling people by denying them the education they need to prosper, than looking out for their best interests, assuming he exists?
