I was actually alive, and a fully functioning member of society during the Clinton administration. I can confirm that "Clinton Derangement Syndrome" was not a thing. He generally did a decent job as President. I can confirm that I was rather proud that he got a BJ in the oval office.... If I had to make a list of the coolest places to get a BJ - the oval office would be on that list.
