She’s just basing Aliza’s looks off of Anyano Tateyama. With some changes.

Which, at the time was okay.
I’m still in touch with the creator of this oc (she’s my gf after all) and I’ve drawn Aliza for her, so now Aliza has her own original design.

And she would always say when asked that “no this isn’t my drawing. I’m just using it to reference almost how my character looks.” (She does this a lot actually… man I should really draw more of her ocs for her…

No, there's no changes in the character, i've been in the fandom for long to know that, i also found the original drawings and there's no changes in it, you just take 2 Ayano Tateyama and only change her name in Alizia, and the reason why this is my only comment is because this is my new account.
