I could make all the personal changes I want to reduce my carbon footprint and that would still be a drop in the bucket compared to the massive systemic changes we’ll need to combat the problem. Climate change is not an issue of individual moral failure, it is an issue of profit being prioritized over people’s lives.

That would be all well and good if it truly were an issue. However, it's not, as we humans do little to nothing to change the climate. But if you think it's a problem, do something about it instead of shifting blame.
