"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members ... It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
-- Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002

"We are in possession of what I think to be compelling evidence that Saddam Hussein has, and has had for a number of years, a developing capacity for the production and storage of weapons of mass destruction."
-- Sen. Bob Graham (D, FL), Dec. 8, 2002

"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real..."
-- Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003

"People can quarrel with whether we should have more troops in Afghanistan or internationalize Iraq or whatever, but it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks of biological and chemical weapons."
-- Ex President Bill Clinton, Jul. 22, 2003 (Interview with CNN Larry King)

Bill was right.

The rest are lying. Not getting your point, if you had one.

I actually don't think we should have gone into Iraq. The biggest mistake was changing strategy mid course though. Our day one plan was better than what we ultimately did.

“I actually don’t think we should have gone to Iraq”

That’s what all the Democrats above said . . . After the fact.

Fair enough.
I don't think that was targeted at me either, but just for clarity; I knew we shouldn't go before we went. But that is a long story, I don't care to tell. My only point was that she is a hypocrite. Thanks for adding though. I respect it.

How is she a hypocrite? She says “be kind to everyone” so, to do otherwise would be hypocritical. It’s the LGBT community in general that’s hypocritical with their “embrace diversity” and “inclusion” and “acceptance” that they clearly don’t apply to anyone that doesn’t agree with their lifestyle.

I get your point. Maybe she changed her tune, but she has been pretty opposed to the idea of putting America first. Not that I am famous, but I'm a patriot, and she made it clear that isn't okay.

I'm not interested in a debate. She opposed the President on these grounds. Among others. She has no interest in being nice to people like me, that wore the uniform. If you could get her attention on it, I'ld bet you my retirement.
