He routinely used the Trump Charitable Foundation to raise money for kids with cancer. But he never gave the kids that money. He kept it. He used it for his own needs.
The State of New York dissolved his charity in 2018 (yeah, just last year) and he and the rest of his family are banned from operating a charity in the state for the next 10 years.
