How do you become a fun mod

Make your own stream, be the MOD as default, and have fun! Lol, just kidding...I have no idea, probably have to be solicited by one of the active MODS, have a good rapport with them, and demonstrate an incredible amount of site activity and responsibility. I know they dont take it lightly.
